Returns and refunds:
It is easy and straightforward to return an item or items back to us. Unless faulty or not as described, returned items must:
Be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept the return after this time has elapsed.
Be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
Not be embroidered, bespoke, or customised.
If you want to order a replacement garment in the meantime, just go ahead and place another order in the usual way.
Receiving your refund:
When we receive your returned package, along with the completed Returns Form, we will process your refund. We will do this as quickly as possible and usually within 10 working days of receipt of your package.
Should you need any further help, please contact our customer service team quoting your order reference number and which item/s you wish to return.
Before proceeding with a return please ensure you have contacted us first and obtained a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and a returns form which we pre-fill for your convenience and email to you with our returns postal address.
Failure to follow the above instructions may result in your return being lost and no refund given. Please see our terms and conditions for more information regarding returning items to us.
