When contacting us to request a return authorisation:

Please ensure you provide your order number and the item/s you wish to return including a reason for the return. We need this information to pre-fill your return form correctly and ensure your return is processed in accordance with your specific circumstances/requirements.

Returns and refunds:

It is easy and straightforward to return an item or items back to us. Unless faulty or not as described,  A request to return item/s must meet the following criteria:

Be received by us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will not accept a return request after this time has elapsed.

Items you wish to return must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

Not be for embroidered, bespoke, or customised products. 

NB: If you want to order a replacement garment in the meantime, just go ahead and place another order in the usual way.

Receiving your refund:

When we receive your returned package, along with the completed Returns Form, we will process your refund. We will do this as quickly as possible and usually within 10 working days of receipt of your package.

Should you need any further help, please contact our customer service team quoting your order reference number and which item/s you wish to return.


Before proceeding with a return please ensure you have contacted us first and obtained a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and a returns form which we pre-fill for your convenience and email to you along with a specific returns postal address. Please DO NOT return anything to us without first obtaining a returns address for your specific return.

Failure to follow the above instructions may result in your return being lost and no refund given. Please see our terms and conditions for more information regarding returning items to us.
